About

Hi, I’m Ana-Bianca! I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor with 200 hours of formal training from Yoga Tree Studios in Toronto. My training backgound is in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot Yoga, Restorative, and Ashtanga yoga. However, I especially enjoy teaching Hatha and Vinyasa flow classes.

My goal is to create a welcoming and playful space where students can safely explore their body’s potential.

In my classes, you’ll find a focus on good music, creative pose sequences, and a balance of strength, flexibility, and flow. I also offer clear instructions and hands-on adjustments (if students are comfortable) to support progress throughout the class.

I live and work on the South Shore, and offer classes in both Nova Scotia and Ontario.
